San Tan Sun News Weighs In

The Santan Sun News weighs in on the Mark Pentz affair here (link is to the PDF file, scroll down to page 5).  Little new content, but it does include the following:

According to city staffers, Council members Huggins and Caccamo "stormed out" of the executive meeting before it was done, and say even normally mildmannered City Clerk Marla Paddock was visibly angry following the session.

Well, I didn't watch the whole meeting on channel 11, but I did see the part when Huggins and Caccamo returned earlier than the rest.

  1. Did you see the letter to the editor from Tracy Buelna in the San Tan Sun? I’m glad she’s pursuing the matter–that really is wrong of him to contact her and that her number is unlisted makes it pretty obvious where he got the information. I hope the guilty parties are punished. There must be some sort of privacy protection regarding the information the city has on its citizens!

  2. The charge regarding Sepulveda’s wife retrieving citizen phone numbers for Sepulveda’s benefit is false. Sepulveda did city staff provide contact information for the residents so that could follow up with the residents, however, the city staff was not “Sherry Supulveda.” The phone numbers for residents, were provided by city staff person Brian Bosshardt who reports directly to the Mayor and Council. For anyone wanting to verify this as the truth, contact the Mayor and Council’s office at 480-782-2200, or
